KENNETH PROUDFOOT, SELECTED AS THE 2002 HOME-BASED BUSINESS ADVOCATE TO BE HONORED AT THE RHODE ISLAND SALUTE TO SMALL BUSINESS
Alumni Chavonne Thomas, Amanda Rose and EP Student Michelle Kulikowski along with Professor Allen Kruger will attend the 2002 RI Salute to Small Business and will accept the award on behalf of Professor Kenneth Proudfoot at the event. The annual week long Rhode Island Salute to Small Business celebration will take place during the week of May 20-24, 2002. This year 13 small business owners and advocates will be honored during the Rhode Island Small Business Alliance (RISBA) Dinner at the Rhode Island Convention Center on May 23. National Small Business Week, as designated by the President of the United States each year since 1963, highlights the contributions small businesses make to America's economy.
